Pros
Not really sure if I can think of one at the moment. I liked a lot of the people I worked with and my new creative director is a great guy (the previous other 2 got fired). I'm happy I do not work here anymore.

This is a poorly ran organization that doesn't know it's head from it's you-know-what. I know it's easy from the outside looking in and you're looking for a job, but do not work here. It will drain you mentally, physically and spiritually. If you are passionate about being a designer, then this is most certainly not the job for you! There is no process or plan and they are just shooting in the dark. They will lie to you and then go right back on their word. You will quit/look for a new job almost immediately.
