No vision or clear sense of strategic direction. There are a few good and honest people who still manage to survive however the overall sense of belonging and loyalty within the company is almost non existent on all levels. Management has no / little respect or consideration for their staff. Talks nicely infront of you but gossip and back stabbing is the norm. Works in Silos and in complete disarray with no robust structure or leadership. Middle managers are moved across different functions frequently creating disqualified leaders in sensitive positions - breading Dysfunctional teams and weak leadership. Broken Communication and collaboration between internal departments is a challenge. Toxic environment (do not let the smiles fool you). Do not expect any formal training or on-boarding process - it doesn’t exist!
