We take our time to make a change, to make improvements to ourselves and our processes. That means we get push ourselves to become better and enhance our personal strengths and skills, too.

With the goal of innovation, we sometimes experience trials and mistakes. We will meet something which will affect our success. But sometimes we ignore them.
