Leaving was my best decision - Project Management bei Translational Drug Development: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been gone for give or take 3 months now and it helped me realize how dysfunctional the organization was and biased C-suite leadership is. They play favorites, support promotion of other PM's that don' t deserve to be promoted just because they have an in with the COO or VP, don't hold people accountable for their work and don't support frontline managers who are taking the brunt of all the problems. It has been a breath of eye opening fresh air to be involved with a new organization with a great culture who actually hold team members accountable for their work and help them succeed.
