Vague & Indirect Speakers – Never get to the point, making it difficult to understand what they mean. Argumentative Individuals – Always looking for a fight, refusing to listen, and turning every discussion into a debate. Aggressive Communicators – Raising their voice, using harsh language, or being overly critical. Micromanaging Ignoring Employee Feedback

The only pro I can think of is that I don’t work there anymore.

Very poor communication between departments. Upper management bicker and fight with each other during meetings. Parts almost always come in late which in-turn makes product leave the factory late. Parts are in short supply and hard to come by.
