Working remote and thats about it

1. You are underpaid for the amount of stress that you go through working there 2. Non stop call from the moment you clock in until you clock out 3. No work life balance because you are expected to work every holiday 4. Trying to take off for work is almost impossible. You cant take off 3 or 4 months in advance. The only time you can take off work is within 14 days of the date you are requesting and it is not guaranteed 5. Impossible to climb up in the company and get raised

had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.

There were no pros for working for this company.

Kontras

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
