-Toxic management -Criminal comp plan -Take PTO and never hear then end of it -No sales process -Zero resources provided to sales team (no contact database licenses, Sugar CRM, no cohesion between product marketing and sales, etc) -HIGH employee/management turnover -Nothing matters more than generating QoQ growth. NOTHING. -If you are not in NY, you are not worth the company's time nor money. -The company literally had a Sales Kick off topic that covered the reason why not having a work life balance was a good thing.
