I am working at this company long enough to experience both sides of the coin! This is no nonsense company. It does take care of the people. Management has open door policy with almost zero bureaucracy. Flat organization.

Demands tremendous amount of discipline and team work. Demands high productivity and accountability.
Everything is well planned or at least needed to be well planned. Not good for people who wants hide behind the desk or title.
