Timco really treats everyone that walks in the door like family. They want their employees to enjoy coming to work and have a good work/life balance. They are constantly looking at new ways to improve the business which opens many opportunities for their employees. It is a growing company so the sky is the limit. The listen to their employees and take all ideas and feedback into consideration.

No company is perfect but I am overall happy.

There are currently no pros.

They dont provide cost of living increase. They don’t give raises. Dispatchers talk to drivers any way they would like and there are no repercussions. No one is held accountable for anything. When you do make a complaint nothing ever changes. No workman’s comp so don’t get hurt on the job. Holiday pay is only 4 hours if you even get it.
