everything else. Run. Run as fast as you can and don’t look back. Owner runs everything backwards. Not sure what the point of the managers are considering nothing anyone does is ever good enough for her. Owner is seriously not mentally stable enough to be running a business. You will find some place better that isn’t worth the physical and mental stress this place will put you through.

At first, all the employees are trained to say "I appreciate you" when you did something for them. Nothing more.

No pay for overtime, work hours, expect a 13 hr day, lunch..if you got one, you can't leave the premises, emergencies?? What's that...suck it up even with diarrhea. Tell you a pay rate, but the stubs say something totally lower, fraudulent insurance claims...the list goes on and on....
