If you need to leave the office for any family or personal matter - it’s never an issue. They pay for each employees CALM subscription and there’s a mental health committee. Also, through the Covid-19 pandemic, management has made it a TOP priority to keep employees working. Further; weeks before the province ordered it, the office was promptly shut down and everyone was encouraged to stay home/work from home. Every employee has the option to work from when they need to, so when this outbreak became serious - it was easy to adjust.
