Too many talkers, too little doers. -Management have zero vision and are spineless and archaic. They pay lip service to innovation and change but it's all paper. -Opaque HR policies and management. -Ancient administrators and paper pushers run the place. Education is often an afterthought. -Management do not bother to listen to the ground (staff and students), they pretend to. -Teachers and students are not valued.
