There is nothing wrong with tellapart

During my last job search, I had multiple offers and chose to join this company because of the wealth of talent I saw. Out of the gate, it was one of the hardest interviews I'd ever faced, but it was also refreshing in many ways too. The interviewers were very sharp and insightful, and the problems they asked were pragmatic and had multiple possible solutions. They also took time to learn about things I've done in the past, which was cool. I particularly enjoyed the code review session which I thought was a great touch too. The management team seemed exceptional, and I became a big fan of the mentorship program they described to me, even for senior contributors like myself. So, I decided to take the plunge and accept their offer. So far, I have been learning a lot, making significant contributions with my projects, and having fun as well. There is a great energy here that makes the days fly by.
