They get furious about money, Even during the interview, I was told that it was disrespectful to ask for more in the last negotiations since I had already said a number (a shallow one), They know nothing about your job or what you do, don't get involved at all. If it weren't for my manager's support I was long somewhere else. They are always trying to get you down, even when my manager get the budget approved for the raise, they tried to lower me down telling me it was a lot of money ($2105 a month) and they did do it to $2k just because I didn't want to continue with that meeting. If you end up here, just try to know your value. I was missing that since I was just starting.
