Opportunities for advancement are phenomenal as long as you are willing to learn and grow outside of work. Bringing new skills and ideas can drive advancement in any organization.
Kontras
You will have to learn new skills on your own time. While there are programs within the organization to help drive advancement, they are difficult to get into. Training for bench strength is poor resulting in many people overworked and overwhelmed. Management is more short-term and reactionary.
