top sales people are awarded with a free trip every year. depends on managers, some are excellent in promoting, some are just plain horrible.

politics, politics, politics, as with any company. too much micromanaging. force you to take the "TD Pulse" every 6 months which is suppose to be an "annoymous survey" but isnt cause you have to log in with your employee id and basically tie you up into saying the company is great (which is one of their secrets to be on the top of alot of best employers list)
