Good place for people who are starting out in the corporate world at any level. Get experience and learn what it is like dealing with the corporate world. Some of the management team is great to work with and for, some others not so much.Easiest jobs in the world! Do your work and punch out.

Company would pass up highly qualified people who understand and know the business for another with limited understanding and who just has a degree or MBA in a field. Other than that there are too many cons to mention. If you cannot say anything nice, there is not anything you need to say.
