Pros

Senior Management knows every employee by name, both at HQ and client sites Robust benifit plan, very good HR staff Pay is appropriate to the position held, vacation/sick days/ holidays are standard. Leadership has a good plan for the future of the company and values the employees inputs. Communication is effective and the CEO has an open door policy. If you have an issue, he will actually talk with you and try to resolve it.

Kontras

HQ in Rockville and most contracts in DC, which can cause some people to feel disconnected.

Pros

This is a good company if you're looking for a first job. For entry level the salary was around $55,000 to $60,000. I really enjoyed it here in the beginning. There is room for promotions within the company if you learn new languages and take on new roles. Both the federal and contractors in my office were incredibly friendly and I made good connections. My contract was one of the best I could have landed on.

Kontras

Depending on the contract's lifespan, it is difficult to get a promotion, which is the only way to get more than a 2% salary increase. Myself and others have had issues with HR. After a foreseen contract closure and termination, the representative dodged a lot of questions I and the other employees had. To be fair, this is a time of uncertainty (2025) for everyone and the company. However, they failed to communicate important PTO policy that affected us until it was too late. HR would also be hard to get a hold of, over email or phone.
