Fun Co-workers and great environment - Customer Service Representative bei System Fencing: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I highly recommend this company to anyone. I worked here for just short of a year, on kind of a secondment type with another investor company. The way they organize their meetings, the atmosphere amongst staff, is very good. They trust a lot, and they maintain a good relationship.

Maybe the owners have a bit too much to oversee, or too many small projects and are a bit distant, but I didn't notice much of that.

I've worked here for a few years and have met some great people.

Very high turnover. Senior management are hard to communicate with, owner is on his phone even when you speak to him one on one. No structure in meetings, not much accomplished. Company has no direction and cant't seem to stick with a plan. Bad morale. We need some outside help!
