More than half of the employees listed doesn't exist in the company - MANDATORY UNPAID vacation during end of year - Low pay, 40k starting with no room to grow. - Horrible project management. Clients are under staffed and you have to juggle multiple projects at once. - No culture, no company held events. All events are paid out of your pocket - Every new hire is a fresh grad with no senior developers helping - Wear too many hats. You're not only doing development but also QA, project management and nonsense sprint meetings as well - Lack of integrity and promises.
