No micromanagement, the owner allows you to do your own thing for the most part

Turnover rate is very high. I wouldn't plan on working here more than 3 months. No management or direction

To be honest, no pros.

The CEO is very demanding, which is understandable. The real issue is with getting paid. Paychecks are often delayed and mostly not paid before leaving the company, they’re sometimes only partial payments. A lot of payments are still due. Many former employees left because of this and ended up taking legal action against CEO to recover their unpaid wages. Even now, the situation hasn’t been resolved, and the CEO continues to avoid making payments. So if you’re thinking about joining this company, be very cautious. Everyone deserves a workplace where getting paid on time isn’t a struggle.
