Sometimes missing structures and defined responsibilities

The company grew pretty much lately, still it behaves as a small one. I appreciate the lack of procedures you’d have to strictly follow (Agile methodology at its best). Having so much freedom can be overwhelming and confusing at first. You’ll cope with it soon. I had a small advantage when I joined by not being a junior and having previous working experience. Management it’s not flawless but hey, show me a company in which it is. They seem open to suggestions, hence there are noticeable improvements from one month to another, which is really great. The atmosphere is nice, the team is young. There are little hierarchy levels, and the communication is open.

- Employer branding / visibility won’t mind a helping hand. Even though the company has a significant impact in e-procurement / e-purchasing domain, there are few people who heard about it. - A better mapped evolution would be nice, but I guess it truly depends on the position you occupy. - I had a similar situation regarding trainings and career plan. I think it depends on your personal attitude toward learning. I try to deepen my knowledge in my spare time so this wasn’t much of a problem for me.
