My title is technical support, but they expect you to sell on every call- no soft sells here!. The client is a slaver master, you aren't allowed one second between calls to even sip your coffee, you are being constantly harassed by management if you have a long call or are on hold for another department. The starting salary for technical support is insulting at the very least.
