Management. They are completely out of touch with reality. You will be expected to do the job of three people while being paid as little as they can get away with while celebrating their generosity. They hold monthly meetings and encourage employees to make suggestions and ask questions about issues that are important to them but answer them only by talking in circles about their "Generous PTO Policy" and never comes anywhere close to answering the original question because they aren't actually interested in employee feedback. They told an employee that they couldn't work from home anymore even though the employee didn't have a functional vehicle; suggested they should take a taxi to and from work that would have cost more than they were being paid. Management doubled down when they were told that was an unreasonable suggestion.
