Company just went public... *STAY AWAY* - Business Development bei Sunlight Financial: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Ever since I started at Sunlight Financial we were always told about the "core values" of the company and how important they were to the management/executive team. Fast forward to this year where the company was recently purchased and went public. The new management team has been quietly firing long-tenured, hard-working individuals with backdoor meetings late on Friday afternoons. Many of which were done without any evidence or proof of the reasons told to employees. On top of the sudden termination, the HR department has not returned any emails or calls placed asking for clarity on remaining payment of missing bonus money, accrued PTO and wages. What was once an awesome startup and family-like environment that I was proud to be a part of....has been flipped on its head where all that matters are profit margins and every employee has been reduced to a number. I can't stress enough.... STAY AWAY from this company. It is heading in the wrong direction.
