The company is passionate about what they do, and their hotels are some of the cleanest and best run out there. Good employee travel opportunities. General Managers truly try to run excellent properties, and get right in there with their people. Some very good people across the board, at all levels.

It can be challenging, because the expectations are high, we run lean, and we have to be able to think on our feet. But that can also be a "pro". You have to be willing to work hard and set personal performance goals.
