Lack of organization, fast changing deadlines, not enough time to incorporate changes from Mech & Plumbing when they only finish their designs the day before or day of a submission.

Love the 9/80 schedule, and working from home one day a week. Amazing benefits, and managers who really care. Excited to be launching a DEI initiative this year, and working on continuing to grow our company culture.
