Pros

Loosely enforced PTO structure, very friendly peers, days go quickly because you prospect so hard, you will become a better salesperson here because you have to grind hard, good service level to the community.

Kontras

Nepotism from parent company CEO's, non-existent raises, micro management, switch your office every time you get settled in, constant meetings about nothing ("meet for the sake of meeting"), no pay on recurring revenue, no yearly bonus, no real chance for growth or advancement regardless of performance, people on other engagements with an easier product to sell are praised while you are harassed for not selling an average product, inability to listen to market complaints upon asking ("sell what you have" mentality), favoritism, really poor benefits, senior management suddenly just hires their buddies instead of promoting from within, poor choices of those who were promoted from within, weekly reports required (written - even if there is nothing to report) and are similar to something you would write in elementary school.

Pros

-Relaxed atmosphere. -Great team members (friendly and helpful). -Will learn a lot and develop skills. -Good compensation and ability to earn monthly bonuses for performance. -Great client-base. -Standard PTO and benefits. -Community involvement.

Kontras

-Not many people have been promoted who weren't family or friends of upper management. -Not enough women in leadership roles. -Managers tend to make negative comments about people when they leave, even if they leave on good terms. It's extremely unprofessional. -All about "culture" ,but it seems as though the culture is repeating phrases from the leadership books and not actually doing what they say. -Have a tendancy to create recurring meetings, then cancel them last minute. -No 401K match, even though they've been saying it's coming for years.
