I consider joining StockGro as not one of the, but the worst decision of my life. Working here is an absolute mayhem. 1. They deduct salaries without informing employees over a personal vendetta. 2. They have 0 product vision. No relevant product releases, no product roadmap - same shoddy product for over 4 years. 3. Those who want to build a career should never join - you will only do what management asks you to do. There is no growth plan. You're lied to about your journey in the company. 4. Company policies change overnight. No maternity benefits (only 3 months for women, rest is unpaid.) 5. I rated 5 on diversity and inclusion because they will harras you in diverse manners and will be inclusive about it. 6. No work life balance - management loves to give you work on Saturday/Sunday which never gets picked up post Monday - they really want you to be available all the time 7. Working hours are 10-9 PM 8. The KRAs are a joke - management sets them for you and just informs you about it - no discussion. Also, all KRAs are set 3 months before appraisal so they deny you even a single penny's worth of increment.
