I applied for and technical but was put into Customer service. Per agreement with former HR personnel. I spent thousands to attend onsite training and in return was to go up to $12.50 an hour with said training with opportunity to advance. I attended training and per a former supervisor I was skilled above level I am current positioned. I do not have opportunity to advance despite being told other wise before attending training. HR response it get a lawyer. Company not responsible for advisements that benefit employees.
