The bank will still look after staff and won't fire people without any reason like citi bank or Barcap.
Kontras
Low salary and small bonus don't tally with annual financial result. Promotion seems a problem to everyone although there are more grading internally than other banks. Outsourcing, such as ITSC, is big failure to the whole organization. It cause in-efficiency globally. Training budget seems to be cut always.
