Most of the people are great. Very energetic young group of people wanting to learn the business side.

This statement is opinion based. The staff is very young. Leadership is starting to depart do to the companies inability to be challenged to be better internally. The remaining leadership hire people off of the street with little to know experience. If you have been in technology long you'll know the challenges that come with that. There are non-PM managing projects, non-BA's handling BA work and underqualified technical resources expected to do senior level work. This is not a personal jab at any single employee however you can not substitute experience with non-experience at the enterprise level. Also, many of the staff members do not feel heard and seem extremely uneasy with the organizations direction, career growth opportunities.
