As we transition from a startup, everyone shares responsibility for the company's success. Our work is fully remote, but communication is active and we have easy access to influence upper management. Support and collaboration continue to strengthen. Compensation and benefits are very competitive.

      Pros

      If you like the start up atmosphere, it's great. Tons of collaboration and access to leadership. Leadership is interested in doing things correctly from the start, like setting up compensation philosophies and people programs that are transparent and simple to understand. Cutting edge technology.

      Kontras

      Some of the news headlines: there are always two sides to every story and don't be so quick to believe all that you read. From the research I have done, it seems that some of the less than positive headlines are using information taken out of context.
