SPS pays more than any other district in the area.

From the top down, most upper level leadership are very dishonest and only in it for the money. There is so much turnover in HR that it is rare to see the same people there year to year. District leadership puts so much pressure on principals to keep discipline numbers down that there is no genuine accountability for students and there is little to no permanent tracking of student behaviors. As a district, they appear to have no genuine care for their employees; there are some administrators and/or managers/supervisors that care for employees, but they are typically weeded out and gotten rid of quickly.
