Working at Spigen - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Spigen: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been working at Spigen for over a year and there are multiple reasons why I choose to stay. First, I have never worked at a company that gives a benefit like “Spigen Day” which used to be leaving 2 hours earlier on Fridays but recently has been changed to a half day. I appreciate that the company tries to incorporate work-life balance. Second, my team is great to work with and we are pretty supportive of each other. Other coworkers also are friendly and approachable. Most people are around the ages between late 20-30s. Last, the employee discount is a great benefit and Tuesday car wash days saves time and is convenient.

The hiring process might be longer than most but at least there are less interview rounds than the average company. Also, there is no remote or hybrid option anymore.
