No trust, no communication, highly toxic and bullying culture. CEO told employees for a few years that that the company made big money which we do more for higher business volume but hardly get anything more during bonus. It's usually just one month bonus whether the business is doing ok or making record numbers. You only need to speak well and be friends of CEO to move up the career ladder, you don't need to actually work. It is an absolute waste of your time and career. People don't talk to each other, not for fun or even for work needs. The management demonstrates this best, they are not talking to each other, all heading in different directions. This is highly confusing and frustrating for the ground people who needs to do the work.
