The pay and the benefits.

They lie LIE LIE. They will promise anything so you go work for them. The training is next to non-existent. They won't be forthcoming when they hire you that during training that will bearely be a full time 32, or less. There people in the class that walked off because they can't pay the rent. Your lucky, if you get 6.5 out if them. I left a 40a week job and had to make phone calls to my landlord, until finally I went back to my own job. There so short handed that all the supervisors, janitors are driving routes. I reported it to the union he basically told me different people from different classes and different walks of life said they were training themselves. There gurl took her CDL with only one day practice before the day if her test for the cones. I reported it to union, because they will never get enough drivers and there working like digs 6days a week. I told managers instead if going to the mountains on a Saturday why don't you drive a route, because someone's going to get in an accident. The managers only help out Friday, none if them have to give you their lives for poor management.

Pros

Sound Generations staff was easy to coordinate trainings with. Staff supported my role and the program responsively, efficiently all while fostering meaning for participants.

Kontras

My experience was limited in scope simply because I was a contracted instructor. I did not experience Sound Generations as a traditional employee.
