I've been working at Support Shepherd for almost 2 years now. I first heard about the company through a close friend. I absolutely love working at Shepherd. The work environment is incredibly supportive. The company culture is great, and I feel like everyone is committed to making a positive impact. I also appreciate how Shepherd is always looking for ways to help employees grow and develop. Whether it's through training programs, mentorship opportunities or just being open to feedback, I feel like I'm constantly improving and learning new things. One of the things I really appreciate about Shepherd is how much they value work-life balance we can work anywhere and they won't question you as long you finish your tasks. The leadership team was also transparent about the challenges we were facing and provided updates on how things were going.
