6yThank you for the feedback. Firstly, you're right in some areas - some of our future services are not ready. We are focused on developing class leading solutions - as I am sure you know, this is not easy, it's not meant to be of course - having said that, we are constantly improving in this area with feedback from the business and most importantly our customers and this provides the inspiration to move forward.
India and the teams there are a core pillar of our overall strategy - like any company, we are balancing capability, skills and knowledge with operating expenses. The culture and spirit of the Indian teams - like all of our global service centres - is brilliant. We have an open reward and compensation process that focuses on performance and retaining talent in a super competitive market.
I am genuinely sorry that your only positive from your time with us is part of the social aspect of our culture. This is a failure on our part because we have so much reason to celebrate and success to be positive about. No, not perfect but yes, always learning and improving.
