* Good place to learn if you are just starting as a developer. * Friendly employees.

Kontras

* Behavior of the management towards the developers are the worst. * Never expect to get your salary on time. You might have to wait for 15th to 20th of the next month. Or even later. * Management will expect you to work without pay, outside of office hour on Govt. holidays (No overtime pay) . * Never expect praise for your work but be ready to take criticism even if your work is perfect. * No plans for any project, faulty to downright unusable resources (laptop, PC, internet connection, bad servers) but will be pressured to deliver by deadline. * CTO (Kazi Rifat Solaiman) has a record of trying to stop employees leaving the company by calling other companies and telling them not to hire people from his company. * Company has a record of not giving people their last months salary even if the office was notified a whole month earlier. * Last but not least, CEO (Mostahim Billah Murad) makes people from marketing department write fake good reviews on glassdoor about them.
