- Some very friendly, experienced team members with great in depth knowledge. - Potential to progress quickly but only to a certain point before stagnation. - Arguably the Social Committee; although at times it feels like activities are for the sake of it. - Decent Coffee machine.

- Valuable input based on experience is ignored. - Reactive, not proactive. - To much time taken trying to fabricate cultures that will never exist. - Under resourced in all departments. - HR guided by Senior Management and refuse to support the opinions or perspectives of Team Leaders or below. - HR have to much control and influence over Team Leaders. - Communication is awful - Massive changes to the organisation and system structures are in place and no one knows why, how or when. - Goalposts constantly being changed without explanation. - New jobs are often created with someone in mind and there is very little chance of getting them. - A lot of senior positions have been created without adverts and seems to go to - former Airbus employees. - Some are in positions and remain in those positions because of longevity, not ability.
