Its impressive the amount of talented individuals that have move through this company (a Linkedin search will show how frequently they move through). Spending a year or three hear can really grow your experience in aviation "do's and do not's". Part of this will be because there's so much turnover in middle-management [being "removed" by upper] that there's a void of how things should be; other than what's in the company's fincial interest. Stick around much more than a year and you'll be [one of] the senior engineer['s]. This can give you significant interactions with the FAA/DER's, if you want to grow your aviation career. If you want a quick bump in aviation, this could be the place for you. Work/life can be fine, for salary employees, if you choose to; the stress is the only thing that follows you home. Bennefits exist, and are not the worst out there; they are not the best either.

High middle-managment turnover coupled with high engineering turnover. People are brought in thinking they can make improvements only to leave/get tossed out when blocked from implementing the changes required to bring the work up to par with where the aviation industry was 10+ years ago. A lot of re-inventing of the wheel goes on, becuase of the turnover rate. System requirements and marketing material are often not based in physics, prior to being sent to engineering to be turned into a functioning system. Unrealistic timelines put undo pressures on MFG/Quality for things that were often not given a chance to be fully vetted, by engineering. Marketing personel creating 5 star reviews to boost PR for potential customers, while causing the deletion of negative reviews that were posted by former employees to help inform working professionals about what they can expect if they choose to work here. If you do not want to be aviation, then stay away. Also if you are not up for continuous work related stress (well above any possible "norm"), they move on.
