Great people but very small company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei SignalPoint Communications: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There is only one reason to work at this company- the day to day employees. There is a friendship amongst the workers (non management) that is genuine.

This company is the former Wave2Wave Communications. Management is basically the same and it probably has gotten even worse. They are selfish, conniving, and self absorbed. Employees feel used and are not happy. Bills are not paid and the employees are lied to by management about the financials of the company.

The only pro for working here are the few people that get along well with each other. Thats it.

So many negatives to working here. From low salary, lack of communication, constantly dealing with low funds, yelling customers, outdated vans, outdated phones, poor customer relations, lack of interest in staff from senior management. The head of the company is technically, "not the head of the company" for personal reasons. Yet, he is the highest paid and all decisions go through his office. Stay away at all costs.
