I've been with the company for around 4 months now, and my experience so far has been very positive. The onboarding process was exceptionally smooth and well-structured, which helped me get up to speed quickly and feel comfortable in my role from day one. The work culture is genuinely encouraging and collaborative. There's a strong emphasis on open communication, mutual respect, and continuous learning, which makes it easy to stay motivated and do your best work. One of the highlights for me has been the support from my manager. They’ve been approachable, clear in their guidance, and genuinely invested in my growth — something I really appreciate this early in my journey. Overall, I’m very happy with how things have been going so far and look forward to growing further with the company.

Nothing major so far, as I'm still in my first 4 months. One minor issue is that the payslip is usually generated after the salary is credited. It would be more helpful if the payslip was available earlier or at the time of salary credit for better transparency and record-keeping.
