It felt like the goal was more so on earning more money under the guise of saying the most important thing was making sure it's a mutual fit. You are expected to do hours of unpaid training/onboarding without being paid before your start date. It just felt like there was an aura of perfectionism and over-performing with little regard for how to make the hiring process flexible and accommodating.
