- Archaic management style created an "us and them" culture and felt like a toxic place to work - MD puts massive emphasis on psychometric testing at interview and he isn't afraid to ask some very probing, personal and frankly inappropriate questions about your past based on the results of the test...In my first meeting I was asked "Have you ever been cheated on?" And "Did your parents split up at a young age?" - A lot of micro-management
