SPG is a DSO with below average management and organization. The company offered little to no training or support to administrative staff. They do not know or follow the company policies outlined in the handbook and show no value for work/life balance. SPG has unethical sales practices.
SPG is has an extremely unprofessional communication system. I would not recommend this company as it was truly the worst experience I've ever had.
The CEO is an incredible person. Everytime they put him in front of us, he makes you feel good about the company

I’ve never seen anything like this. The entire team has been completely filled with all former ClearChoice people that don’t actually spend time doing anything other then chatting and micromanaging. The amount of AI driven messages that they send is embarrassing. Do you have an original thought?
