Management too disconnected from remote/out-of-state employees - Logistics Specialist bei Sentar: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Remote employees are "out of sight, out of mind" for management communication. Very little support from management in onboarding process for customer/project. A coworker had to provide all onboarding and project orientation. Also, no response from management on several months of issues captured in monthly report submittals... no indication management even read them.
