Good Environment - Account Manager bei Secunia: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was with Secunia for 7 years, in 5 different roles. It was a great place to learn, with several exciting challenges along the way. The company as a start up went through several tough periods, but managed to navigate through them and come out at the end on top. I had great managers, and even better colleagues. The culture and spirit of the original start up was always there, although it of course changed in the end. We worked hard and played hard :) And for the ones that really put their effort in, there were very good salary and benefits.

As any start up, there were challenges with communication between departments and silo thinking in periods, but that is to be expected.

Good point to start your career. Used to be driven with cool people and still you can feel it a bit.

* It is just about business and praise only sells. * Dead work culture and not a fun place to work * No support (really none at all) from HR * Very very weak perks * The only available food (lunch) is just bad, really bad.
