JUST DON'T PLAY WITH YOUR CAREER Don't join if you already have a job. - The Banglore Team is an amazing Case study of how not to manage a Team. - Everything that can go wrong - No work life balance - Toxic work culture - Use of abusive language within the team from Top to bottom. - Zero Flexibility - Manager doesn't let the team work as a team and keeps involving them in his trivial internal politics. - No Job security. - And the list goes on and on and on.

During my time at Scrut Automation, I found the work environment to be stressful due to a lack of clear direction from leadership. There was frequent disagreement on the best approach to grow the business, which created confusion and inconsistency. Despite attending trade shows and other outreach efforts, we struggled to generate genuine customer interest in the product. The sales quotas were unrealistic given the market response, adding additional pressure to an already tense atmosphere. If you're considering a role here, be prepared for a fast-paced and demanding culture with high expectations and limited support.
